Luke Shockley

Luke was born and raised in Seaford, Delaware where he graduated from Sussex Technical High School in 2019. After graduation, Luke attended Delaware Technical Community College and was a partner in a successful start-up, Spotless Bins, which offered Luke the unique opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience operating and marketing a business.
Luke enjoys the outdoors, fishing 64, and playing sports. He especially loves baseball, a passion that was nurtured thanks to his grandfather, Costen Shockley, who played professional baseball for the Phillies and Angels. Luke also directs and competes in cornhole tournaments throughout the region, which allows him to bring people together and support local businesses and charities.
