Payment

You can pay for your rent, utilities, late fees, etc online or in person at our Seaford office location. If additional arrangements are needed contact the property manager as the office staff do not coordinate money collection.

Application

If interested in a rental property, you must complete an online application which you will then be contacted to schedule a tour. Please note there is a $75 credit screening fee, however it will not be charged until after viewing the home and you are interested in pursuing further.
