Olivia became a part of the Team in 2016 assisting part-time with marketing and listing management. In 2018, she started full-time helping the team better manage all aspects of their listings from the time the client contacts the agent once they are ready to sell, until the time their home goes under contract. Her previous experience as a General Manager running daily operations, marketing, and customer service, and her years spent on the team, have given her the skills to transition into the Director of Operations role in 2024.
