For me, real estate is about more than buying or selling a home. It’s about helping people confidently navigate one of the biggest decisions they’ll make.
Before becoming a Realtor, I spent more than a decade as an educator, an experience that still shapes how I work with clients today. I believe in explaining the process clearly, answering questions along the way, and making sure my clients feel informed rather than overwhelmed.
As a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty and the Griffin Higgins Team, I help buyers and sellers throughout Delaware, with a special focus on the Delaware Beaches. I especially enjoy working with those relocating to the area, searching for a vacation home, or looking to make the beach their home.
Having made the move to the Delaware Beaches myself, I understand that choosing the right home is about more than bedrooms and square footage. It’s about finding the community and lifestyle that fit you. I’m here to help you understand your options and make the right decision for you.
I’m also fluent in Spanish and proudly assist Spanish-speaking clients throughout the real estate process. As the wife of a military veteran, I also have a personal appreciation for the unique experiences and needs of military and veteran families.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me traveling with my husband and daughter, exploring the Delaware Beaches with our two miniature poodles, or with a knitting project in hand.
