Brigit Taylor

Brigit Taylor is a highly experienced Delaware and Maryland REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty and Keller Williams Realty Delmarva North, based in Bethany Beach, Delaware. Licensed since 1996, Brigit currently serves as the Acting Operating Principal for the Keller Williams offices serving the Delaware Beaches. She represents buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Delaware and Maryland coastal real estate markets, offering deep market knowledge and proven leadership experience.
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Brigit developed a strong work ethic and competitive drive early in life through ski racing. She attended a ski academy in Vermont and competed collegiately at the University of Nevada–Reno before retiring from competitive racing at age 20. Brigit completed her undergraduate studies at American University in Washington, DC and went on to spend five years working in the ski industry at resorts across North and South America, Australia, and New Zealand. She later settled in the Vail Valley of Colorado, where she transitioned full time into real estate.
While building her real estate career, Brigit earned an MBA from the University of Denver and advanced into executive leadership, serving as CFO and COO for the largest real estate brokerage in the Vail Valley. During this time, she also founded a charitable foundation for her company, reflecting her long-standing commitment to community involvement and service.
For more than two decades, Brigit has been actively involved in REALTOR® leadership and nonprofit service at the local, state, and national levels. She has served as a Director with the National Association of REALTORS® and as a member of its Business Issues and Policy Committee. At the state and regional levels, Brigit has held board positions with the Delaware Association of REALTORS® and has served as Past President of both the Coastal Association of REALTORS® in Maryland and the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® in Delaware.
Brigit has contributed extensively to public policy, education, professional standards, and industry advocacy through committee service with the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® and the Maryland Association of REALTORS®. In recognition of her leadership and service, she was named REALTOR® of the Year in 2024 by both the Coastal Association of REALTORS® in Maryland and the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® in Delaware.
Beyond organized real estate, Brigit remains deeply engaged in community leadership. She is a former board member of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® Community Service Foundation, a current board member of the Quiet Resorts Charitable Foundation, and serves as Vice President of the Sussex County Women’s Council of REALTORS®.
Outside of real estate, Brigit enjoys running, skiing, travel, and outdoor adventure. She resides in Berlin, Maryland with her husband, Dan, and is the proud mother of two sons. Her eldest son, Max, is an Elon University alumnus and graduate student at George Washington University, while her younger son, Anderssen, studies at the University of Maryland, College Park, Smith School of Business.
