Selling your home can be exciting and sometimes heart wrenching. Thinking back on all the memories made but yet looking forward to a new chapter in life. One of the biggest things to think about when selling your home is highlighting WHAT YOU LOVE!

Featured in this blog is one of our clients who did just that.

"We love where our home is nestled in Heritage Shores. Our street is quiet with wonderful neighbors. On any given day we can play golf, go swimming in our heated indoor pool and enjoy relaxing in our jetted whirlpool. In the summer we enjoy the outdoor pool and atmosphere.

In this development you can go kayaking on lake in community or workout using state of art fitness equipment. Enjoy the bike trail that runs throughout community and into town. If you like to dress up and go out, there is a ball room for dancing and events at the Clubhouse year round. There is a lot to do in this community. You can take a class in cooking, pottery, art, dance, Zumba exercise, play pool, bridge & more.

Sugar Beet Market is fairly new to the community with entertainment & dining. We also have the convenience of being able to enjoy delicious dinners at Passwater's Restaurant & Tavern. We enjoy sitting out on the veranda after Sunday Brunch or an evening walk, talking as we watch folks play golf.

The town of Bridgeville brings about small town closeness with the sound of church bells chiming on Main Street to the beautiful Historic Main Street Decorations at Christmas. Bridgeville celebrates life and the importance of commemorating others such as our Veterans. Main Street is full of Ma & Pa shops, restaurants, a church, bank and antique stores, and a small police station and fire station.

We love that Nanticoke Hospital is minutes away and we have easy access to Maryland and Washington, DC via the Bay Bridge. We enjoy that we are not stuck in the hustle and bustle of tourists in the summer months. Our home is quietly tucked away and we are approximately 27 miles to the beach.  We enjoy convenience and safety by being located in our community here in Bridgeville, DE.

*We have a big stand up attic with lighting and sturdy pull down stairs for easy access.

*After Thanksgiving we will be decorating for the Christmas Holiday - Celebrate with us!"

When listing your home, we want to be able to inform potential buyers of all the exceptional features that you LOVE about where you live.
